Furuichi Seicha, a family operated tea factory run by the Furuichi family is based in Chiran, Kagoshima. They have created this blend of Kagoshima cultivated tencha leaves and ground it into a matcha with an excellent color and perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness for creating matcha latte drinks. Flavor Profile: Yunomi.life offers Naruto and Yanagi as Premium Barista Grades and though flavor is always subjective we feel that this matcha is comparable though perhaps a little more grainy.
